Are App Ideas still existing or we are on saturation level?

At the time the world embraced the need of computer among other portable gadgets, the need of simplicity of day to day operation was on the horizon. And the forseers of tech. embraced it and jumped into the development. A shift of basic use started being at the palm of your hands;

Paying of bills, purchasing of goods, eating of food , purchasing of medicine and now education is now at the ease of your chair.

All these was a necessity but the core reason was;

1. DEMAND- was market was accepting and demanding more.
2. COST- with the demand being high pressure was on developers to spark the market with ideas. This brought down the prices of application designs.
3. COMPETITION- at the beginning few had the expertise of development but with time more and more were able to make similar apps. “Just look at the app stores"
4. INVESTOR ENTHUSIASM- the cooperate ‘moneyed’ world also want to put there money at something so alot of angel investors and venture capitalist dug into there pockets and gave a test run on the world of application designs and development.

But now the question is this, after FAGAM (FACEBOOK, AMAZON, GOOGLE, APPLE, MICROSOFT) dominance the system converted mostly to APIs, which is dependent on developed environment for it’s existence.

So the question is this,

“is application development fading due to lack of ideas?”

YES- limited ideas
NO- more to be discovered
